The beachfront access was quite convenient.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a rude receptionist who welcomed us upon arrival. The hotel had a pervasive smell reminiscent of dirty bathrooms, especially near the swimming pool area. The facilities were inadequate, as there was only one small working elevator for over 400 rooms, causing long wait times. The rooms were disappointingly small and the shower leaked water everywhere. To top it off, there was a lack of supervision, leading to unsanitary incidents in the main pool, and staff took too long to address disruptive guests.

We had a nice time at this resort! The kids really loved the kids playroom and the 24-hour front desk was super convenient for our late-night needs. The pool area was fantastic, especially with two little ones who enjoyed splashing around in the kids pool.
My kids wished the noise from the entertainment was less disruptive. It would be great if family-friendly activities could be scheduled during quieter times to help little ones rest better.

Amazing pool but noisy outside
We spent 4 nights here and loved the pool area. It was super clean and relaxing. Staff were mostly friendly, just one lady at the front desk was kinda rude. The place is really loud, though. Kids running around and music blasting at all hours. Snagged some snacks at the bar, which were decent.

The smell around the hotel, especially near the pool, is off-putting!!! The single elevator struggles to serve a five-story building with so many rooms!!! Additionally, the noise from shows and karaoke goes on too late!!!

The cleanliness of the double room stood out during our 4-night stay, and the beautiful pool area was a fantastic highlight. Most of the staff were pleasant and nice, providing a warm atmosphere. However, the reception experience was disappointing. the person who greeted us was rude, contrasting sharply with the rest of the staff. Additionally, noise from vendors outside our balcony was bothersome, and the food, while featuring daily fresh fish, was only average overall.

I had a great stay at Hotel Fiesta Mexicana! The staff were mostly pleasant and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the cozy corner with an armchair that was perfect for relaxing. The beautiful pool area was definitely a highlight, with inviting lounge chairs set up for sunbathing. I also loved how accessible everything was, which was great for my family.
Some noisy entertainment and the elevators were a bit small.
